Look for Build Advice.

Looking for some build advice, haven't been gaming for a while so my build fell behind a lot. Wondering if I would need to start all over or a few parts here and there to get her back up in shape. Mostly planning to run Nox emulator(Android emulator) and a few games like Civilization, Warcraft(remastered) and maybe get back into WoW. Current build runs Civ decent but Nox destroys my CPU - running at 70+%

 

Any advice is helpful. I definitely cheaping out on my cooling back in the day :-(

 

Current Build:

CPU:   Intel Core i5 4670k CPU @3.40GHZ

MoBo: ASUSTeK Z87-A

RAM: DDR3 16 GB(4) - G.Skill

GPU: GeForce GTX 770

Power: 750W

Cooling: Corsair H60

Maybe 4770k/4790k

or new build with ryzen or 8700k/9700k/9900k

and a newer gpu like a 2060 or better

Would like to avoid a whole system upgrade but  my current budget would be around 600-700$.

yeah... that one needs a chance then

 

you could look into a 4770k or 4790k, but i would consider a path to ryzen, a 2600 with a good b450 board should work great

 

i suggest you look into the motherboard tier list if you do want to go to ryzen, and the psu tier list to select a new psu of at least 500 watts tier budget or higher
