Help using Ryzen memory calculator

Hey so I downloaded the Ryzen DRAM memory calculator and I think I might be over my head here. Maybe I dont understand what its supposed to do for me. Is it supposed to tell you what timings and what not you should set for a stable OC or are you supposed to input the numbers you THINK will be stable and it tells you if thats actually the case? And where do you find all the info it wants to make these calculations, the software has really got me seeing crosseyed
