*Lots of pics in spoiler.
Recently my R9 390 died (month ago) so i bought an RX 580 and i'm having some issues at least it does it with Skyrim (modded) after 40 mins or 1h or playing display driver stopped responding in Event Viewer (screenshot here --> https://i.imgur.com/ocIYcpy.jpg) As i said i only notice this while playing Skyrim, i play Ghost Recon Wildlands, Black Desert Online, RE2 Remake, Ace Combat 7, Arma III with no issue at all, I'm not sure to blame skyrim for this, but idk it all started in the first days of february when my other card died, i would like to blame the crappy updates from windows but honestly, i have no idea and i have no more money to buy anything else, if this card dies i'll trash my pc i'm seriosly done with technology, 20 years in the job of building/repairing computers and this is the first time i can't pin point the problem.
It is not a temperature problem since i've been checking it with MSI afterburner, tried diferent drivers from Adrenalin-Edition-17.12.2 to>>>adrenalin-2019-edition-19.1.2, (wiped out the drivers using amd clean up utility), tried furmark, prime95, Memtest, OCCT  etc etc etc no error, also i have a lot of Distributed COM error since the start of the year. A friend of mine is having the same issue with his R9 390 as well and with another pc using a HD 4750, could it be some crappy windows update or AMD drivers... any clues?

Bought everything but the video card on october 2017.
I'll leave some screenshot of some OCCT test

Uhm, that i'm trying another drivers it says Application has been Blocked from Accessing Graphics Hardware do you think it can be a PSU problem or just bad AMD drivers?
i'm also getting a lot of this errors lately...

Edit a day later, i think it's one of the RAM stick that may be faulty, i tried with only one and i could play normal, tried both, diffent slots, game crashed 50 mins later with 2 errors on event viewer
The access of the application SkyrimSE.exe to graphic hardware was blocked. (same with ghost recon)
display driver stopped responding and has recovered
Here's my After burner log. if anyone can take a look at it, would be great.
I need to find the source of what caused the malfunction first my other video card and the RAM stick before something else got damaged.
