Suggestions for Sleeper pc build

Hey everyone, I planning to build a sleeper pc, right now I have an old dell case with Pentium 4 system inside but I'm not sure it will be a great looking sleeper 

I also have an old UPS that I measured and I can fit in there Mini ITX motherboard with vertical GPU (max length 200mm) and maybe a single fan 120mm radiator

the parts I will pick next month depend on my budget will be

That would be a good sleeper

I would put in a Zotac MINI card, as they are quite small and fast

On which one are you talking about the ups or the dell case?

also, I didn't mention in the ups it can have a little problem with the back i/o shield because the cover of the ups will be on it and there is a screw hole where it will be

I also thought on painting the black cover of the dell case to beige, you think it will be a good idea? (the plastic cover can be take off from the metal case)

but I think I can fit a bigger size graphics card (what I measured is the ups)
