Drop to a 4670k and see if you can get a 780 ti. You could also get a 8350 and 8230

Very nice. It should all work together. It's probably much more than you really need, certainly more expensive than needs be. But if you are comfortable with that, have fun.

I'm alright with paying the amount, but is there anything you personally would change to lower the price?

Ok, I have a question, is there much difference between an i7 processor and an i5 processor?

The i7 has hyperthreading, useless for gaming, but gives something double the amount of virtual cores. So a 4770k has 8 virtual cores whereas the i5 only has 4. You will see no difference in gaming.

Also is a 780ti worth the extra $150 ?

It is better than the Titan, imo, yes. But if you want to SLI (2 cards), get a 850w PSU

I would go with a Noctua NH-U12S cpu cooler or Corsair H80i. My case choice would be different, but that is a matter of personal taste.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

The parts will work but are very expensive and there are cheaper parts that will do the job just as well.

Where are you shopping/located? Budget?

if this is for gaming i would switch out to a 4670k rather then the 4770k, the 4770k is better for editing while the 4670k is better for gaming plus it fits in your mobo and save you save allot of money

I'm located in Australia so all my parts are going to cost a lot more than other places, but my budget would be like $2000 Australian
