small lan build

The big plan is to build a small micro atx rig, that is cheap and that i can have with to some simple lan parties.
I already have a gpu so that wont be nessesary
Do you guys have any better solutions for a amd build that would be cheaper or faster than the intel for the same money, then please let me know.. or are one of theese 2 acceptable

but beware, get 2 RAM sticks and not one so you can benefit from dual channel performance

bloodyvalley, i have edited my post... i copyed from exel and the preview looked fine, but when i hit post, the frames and all disapeared thats why
