Mini itx/Oculus build

So instead of moving my PC from my office to my family room to use my oculus, or running cables downstairs, I've decided to build a small form factor PC that will remain in the family room.

 

Using my main PC with a 1080ti I had no problem powering the Oculus as well as the 4K tv just for viewing at the same time. I'm wondering if a GTX 1070 would be able to achieve the same result as well.

My original plan was to pair a Ryzen 2600 with a Strix 1070, but I just received an email from Microcenter and they are selling Ryzen 1600's for $80, which is appealing. Would a 1600/b350 motherboard be able to keep up with this build? Or would the 2600/b450 be the way to go? I've read the Oculus headset runs at a target of 90 fps. I wouldn't be doing any gaming on the TV itself as its quite large and has a high amount of input lag.

I do already have a power supply and SSD for this build, but I'm not sure a 2070 would be necessary for this home theater/oculus pc. I can currently get a 1070 Strix for $270 so I think that will be the way to go. My main concern is pairing a Ryzen 1600 with a 1070 and bottlenecking. I don't think the 2600 would be bottlenecking that GPU, but i'm not certain.

the 1600 wont bottleneck the 2070, so for sure not the 1070. and i only say the 2070 as it is more power than the 1070 for the rift.

For 80 $ this seems like a nice deal. Try to oc and if you get lucky you might win in the silicon lottery. You can upgrade to ryzen 3rd Gen if you feel the need. 

Maybe consider a 1660 ti or maybe a Vega 56. Same price range.
