AIO CPU cooler suggestions please!

I plan on using these parts and I'm looking for an AIO that should be able to efficiently cool the i9-9900k with a conservative overclock. I don't plan on pushing this thing to the bleeding edge but I plan on doing some slight overclocking. I don't have a preference when it comes to RGB fans or pumps or anything like that either. I've done a small amount of research and I can't seem to find a clear winner on an AIO that will keep this thing frosty. Also, I am specifically looking for an AIO.

 

CPU: Intel - Core i9-9900K 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor  ($529.89 @ Amazon)

mind you the 9900k runs at 4.7GHz all core max frequency, so 5ghz oc is still a slight overclock in my book

The case you decide to use will dictate how large you can go. Rad size 280mm (good), 360mm (better), 420mm (best) providing the thickness is the same, but with same fan capacity a thicker rad will cool better.
