FPS DROP BOTTLENECK ????

WHQL means, Microsoft has signed off on the driver and its the real deal . WHQL ,, windows hardware quality labs.  They have OKed it to work with their OS.

Please help me still fps drop sometimes 60 sometimes 25 or 10 and back to 60
