Enough for streaming

So here is some of my specs.

AMD Ryzen 5 2600X (Overclocked to 4050mhz)

ARCTIC FREEZER 33 Esports Edition 210W TDP Cooler

EVGA SUPERCLOCKED ACX 2.0 GeForce GTX 970 4GB (I know, probably should have chosen something stronger)

16GB of overclocked DDR4 3133 RAM (CL16, 16-18-18-38)

ADATA SU800 1TB SSD

 

I definitely cannot get another PC and I want to stream on YouTube. The stream quality I desire is 720p/900p at 60fps and I still want to play my games at 1080p 85fps (Mainly playing Fortnite and Apex currently). So, my question is it even enough to stream? Also, should I stream using CPU or GPU (I'm leaning towards GPU here)? Thanks for any advice.

That is enough to stream, but you will experience some slow-downs. I would recommend using you cpu for encoding because those games (from my basic understanding of them) don't require much cpu power.
