NO RAM

I've built my entire pc but my RAM has yet to come in, im using an amd ryzen 5 2600 and radeon rx 580. Will my computer do anything without RAM, i just want to see if it turns on

it will turn on but you wont be able to do anything

not even enter the bios(i think)

Nope, you've gotta have RAM to do anything with it.
