Issues with Wifi 5Ghz

Hello guys, recently i am starting having issues with my wifi connection. I noticed my ping is very unstable and it can be a problem while playing. I've been trying changing wifi canals but it didn't help. I also checked with my laptop next to the router but i got the same results. I don't know what to do. While on cable, the ping is stable and steady at arround 32 but I can't drag a cable to my room. I would be very greatful if You could help me.

the wavelengh of 5ghz is only 6cm, so it can bearly penetrate any wall. try switch to 2.4ghz.
