Purchasing a Motherboard

I have a FX-8320 and a Gigabyte R9 280X. What motherboard would be the best out of these three. Also, I have a NH-D14 and plan on going to 4.5GHz.

Asus M5a97 Evo R2.0

Gigabyte GA-990XA-UD3

MSI 990FXA-GD65

No other suggestions, the prices are almost the same.

a97 is 970 chipset, and GD65 has vdroop issues with no LLC features. UD3 is your best option.

I'm more than likely going with the Gigabyte, any other suggestions?
