HELP FAST PLEASE

hey i was looking at my specs and i clicked some things and some how i turned of AMD Turbo Core and i cant get it back on (i was using AMD Overdrive at the time) im using a A8-4500M please im stuck at 1.9GHz till i get help XD.

Desktop: CPU: I7-5820K GPU: 980Ti, 750Ti PhysX Mobo: MSI X99A SLI PLUS RAM: 4x4 Kingston DDR4 2400MHz OS: Win10
Storage: 250GB Samsung Evo, 3TB WD Black and Green FIRESTRIKE, Reason for dedicated PhysX Card.
Peripherals: Screen: 3x BenQ VZ2350 Mouse: Razer Naga Keyboard: Some Dell Thing Sound: Razer Tiamat, 5.1 Logitech Surround Speakers

Im not much good with amd stuff but you may have turned on powersave mode for your cpu, cant remember where to do that (im at work and cant get on a pc) itll be in control panel and i think is actually a side option on the windows experience score screen.

Enter your BIOS and see if you can reset to default; that should remove changes you've done regarding turbo core etc.

Has it been pre over clocked or anything?

luckily i had my friends APU based laptop here for reinstalling windows here is the settings ive used for overclock on catalyst control panel

i forget to mention click auto-tune button once you checked that checkbox

um thanks for the help guys but its seemed to have turned its self back on o.O lol. i tride BIOS power options and nealy every thing list night XD but wake up to day tern my laptop on and its back XD.
