IP Camera Software

Looking for easy ip camera software. I am hooking all my cameras up through a poe switch and all the data will be stored on a pc. Looking for super simple and easy software to connect. The best one I have found to be easy is anycam.io. Everything setup easily but It does not save any files to the pc. I want to be able to access the video within a few minutes of the recording started. I have treid Ispy but not had much luck with it. using an sv3c B01POE camera.

I got the camera to connect but then it disconnected and Havent been able to get it back. I have got it on other apps but I do not like the features the other apps have.
