Computer Intermittent Freezing

Hello, I have been recently having the problem with my computer where randomly my whole computer will freeze for 5-10 seconds and I can't move the cursor or do anything on the keyboard if I'm watching a video it will stop the sound and repeating the sound where it stopped until it unfreezes. I have tried many many tests to figure out what the problem is but I have not had any luck almost all of the parts in my PC are brand new including the Mobo, Processor, RAM, Power Supply, the only things that aren't new are my Graphics Card, and my SSD and Hard Drive. 

 

My specs are as follows:

• Windows 10 Home 64 bit
• ASUS Prime Z390-A (BIOS Version 0805 2019/02/01, latest)
• Intel i7 8700k (Currently overclocked to 4.8 GHz but the issue still happens at stock)
• 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX RAM (3000 MHz XMP Profile)
• GeForce GTX 970 Superclocked SSC ACX 2.0
• Toshiba OCZ TR150 (240GB) SSD
• 2 TB HDD (I can't remember what brand)
• EVGA SuperNova 750 G2 80+ Gold Power supply 

 

The test I have tried so far are:

• Memtest86 which passed all 4 tests with no errors.
• CrystalDiskInfo for looking at the health of the SSD and HDD both are fine.
• FurMark to test the GPU, under load it gets to around 65-70 C but never crashes or gets any artifacts.
• Prime95, Aida64, and the Intel Burn Test to test the CPU which passes fine no crashes, CPU under load gets to around 72-75 C.
• I have also reinstalled Windows and it did not solve the problem

Those are most of the tests I can remember as this has been a problem I have had for a few months now. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you do a fresh install of windows or reuse an old drive with windows

I did the reinstall windows option which doesn't delete your personal files, but I didn't download the creation tool and boot from a USB and install windows that way no.
