windows 7 ui is super slow

Go to solution Solved by brownninja97,

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Lol jk, it could be a random issue which fixes itself, id also run crystal disc info as your hdd might have messed up somewhere. Also is your cpu usage unstable

playing MGR: revengance until my controller disconnected from the hub and had to re install the driver to fix it after re-booting the computer UI animations became super slow like it takes forever to for a windows to disappear, open, load and even moving it or maximize but it just the ui the programs themselves works fine, this is the first time this has happened and i have no idea what could be, ATM im running malwarebytes to see if it a virus also im trying to reinstall nvidia driver to see if that the problem
