Novus trying to learn

I have a question I am trying to teach myself some new things... but my board died it's a  server a friend gave to me; it's a server board by  Intel and it shit the bed. I'm running windows server 2016 data center. How can I change the board when I dont have access to the software anymore???? All the drives work but will not post tested drive in a different computer and it works.
