Threadripper 1950x power package

Hello,

 

i have TR 1950x with X399 aorus gaming 7 mb, when i open HWmonitor i see CPU powers package at 175-180W in idle, cpu usage is cca 3%, temp cca 35°C - CPU is in game mode(half cores deactivated)

When i put CPU to Creator mode everything is ok, powers package is 35-50W in idle.

 

Please help me to solve this issue.
