1660 vs RTX for streaming?

I have been told RTX is way better at encoding for streaming but i havent heard anything about the new 16xx series of GTX cards.

 

Will they have the same encoding hardware or is it worth paying up for the RTX to up stream Quality.

1660 Ti also have the same NVENC encoder as the RTX cards.

Ok now I just need to be able to afford the 1660 ti lol.
