So I have

MSI B450 tomahawk and MSI RTX 2070

Full build if needed for some reason:

Spoiler

Win 10 pro

MSI B450 tomahawk

MSI RTX 2070 armor

Ryzen 5 2600

Corsair RM650x

So first motherboard... or built-in audio to be exact. When I move my mouse I hear subtle buzzing, it's really quiet and barely noticeable when no other sound is playing. And the funny thing is, it's slightly louder when I move a window(like browser). And then I went to safe mode to trobleshoot problem of my GPU I noticed that this buzzing is noticeably louder in safe mode for some reason, still not loud enough to notice that if sound is playing.

Another one is mic quallity. It's trash, background noise is so lound it's almost louder than my voice. Noise supression is trash. When I reinstalled windows it was better, but I didn't install any audio drivers yet. (Before I installed realtek drivers from MSI site(Realtek HD Universal Driver))

Output audio is fine tho... quiet, but fine. I think it's within normal. Now Im sitting with USB sound card that came up with mic, and it's 10 times better. Output audio has boost, but has this "shhhh" background noise also subtle and not annoying compared to this stupid buzzing... No mic boost tho  :( But still everybody hear me loud and clear, no background noise.

So onboard sound card is trash or it is something wrong with this MB specificaly?

Now the short one... Problem with drivers for GPU.

It looks like no matter what I do, when I install drivers I can't find NVIDIA Control Panel. Reinstalled it numerous times, even with DDU... nothing. halp?

Thanks.

The sound solution on the B450 Tomahawk isn't the best Realtek there is, but it shouldn't be providing the issues you're facing.

Can you check if there's any (low/slight) voltage on chassis? I've seen people having audio issues like crackling sounds, noise etc while their PC was connected to a faulty power strip (that provided some voltage to the grounding pins) or while connecting the PC to power outlets that had no grounding.

uh-oh that is a science to me and im not native to english lol

What is chassis? If I understood right it's a thingy I plug power cables to. No readings on it and no grounding(it has to be with 3 connections right?). But I believe it suppose to be 220 votls

I don't now how you usually open Nvidia Control Panel so i'm gonna ask anyway. Have you checked if its hiding in the taskbar? Or right-clicking on the desktop?

Both

In taskbar there's only experience. Also no sign of it in NVIDIA Corporation folder.

I should mention that I tried to install drivers "manualy" and trough nvidia experience

Ok. How about the service? Is it still there? If it is try restarting it.

RIP. Ok. I still got more >:D Try opening File Explorer and go to C:\Nvidia Coporation\Display.NvContainer. If it's not in Program Files, it may be in Program files x86. After finding the folder open the program NVDislpay.Container.exe.

Nope :( rip indeed.

Is it possible that rtx don't have control panel? or rather doesn't support it

RTX cards still use the control panel. I got one thing left: Try downloading the windows app from the store. This sometimes work.
