My pc random restart

Hello guys, i've been having trouble. My pc kept restarting. I tried following instruction on youtube and windows forum but it doesn't work. I cleaned my pc, replace my cooling system,bought a ups, add ssd for the os, and i bought a new psu cooler master mwe 450w. After i replaced the psu it didn't restart for like 2 days, and then yesterday it happened again. The recent things that i tried is installing malwarebytes and ccleaner, but it still restarts randomly. Please help me

 

My specs : 

Cpu : Intel i3 4170

Vga : galax gtx 960

Hdd : Wdc blue 1 tb

Ssd : wd green ssd 240 gb

Cooler : deepcool gammax 400

Psu : cooler master mwe 450 watt

How did you install windows on the SSD?

I used a windows disk that my friend gave. And clean install the windows

Check windows event viewer after it happens again to see what the reason is for the last crash/restart.

No but i tried switching my ram with my friend. And he said that it worked perfectly without any restart, he tried it for 1 day

I didnt have the time to get to windows now, when the windows loading screen is loading. It just went off and on again

Which case are you using and how old is it?

 

Try disconnecting the front panel power button and reset button and powering the PC directly (shorting the pins for the power button with some metal object like a screwdriver).

I've seen bad/worn case buttons do this.

Im using armaggedon teratron t7. I've been using this case since 2016. I disconnected my reset switch already. Ill go and try disconnecting the power switch

Ive tried it, and its still restarting itself. It restarted when i was in the lockscreen

So it restarts without the buttons connected?

 

Have you tried running the most basic parts OUTSIDE of the case? (for example on the motherboard box)

Yes, after i bought a new psu i didn't put everyting back to the case because i was too lazy, then yesterday it started the random restart. Just 2 hours ago i put everything back to the case so it doesnt get dusty

So it does it with the UPS and the new PSU, without the buttons connected and outside the case like inside the case?

Once it "restarts" it works fine or does it keep restarting?

 

Are there any blown capacitors on the board?

Yess, it keeps on restarting buat sometimes i can get to windows and sometimes i cant. I think no, becase when i check the board i dont see anything odd

Have you tried without the gpu, the hdd and the fans?

Sorry if i am missing something. But is it "crashing" or is it just a regular restart process?

It doesnt warn me anything. Its just like the regular restart process

Try booting without the drives and see if it will restart while in the bios.

okay i tried both of your tips, it doesn't restart for 5 minutes. then i put the components back in and boot it up again. and for some reason it managed to stay on for like 15 minutes, and no restart at all. but this pc has done this to me before. it stays on for 1 day and the other day it restarts again.

Okay so i unplugged the drives and ethernet cable, and also the gpu. When im in the bios it restarts itself, so is it the motherboard that causes the problem?
