Alright, I have a few here. The first is about a cpu cooler fan that I would like to get out, but tow of the screws are stripped and I can't see a way to remove them without breaking the screw holes. Does anyone have a suggestion for getting them out? it's useless the way it is because I have no use for this cooler anymore. 

 

The other thing I wanted to ask about is old fans. I have a bunch of old fans lying around from a broken laptop cooler I tore up. from that and a few old desktops, I have 4 70mm fans and 2 80mm fans with no way to mount either in my Corsair 300R, which only has 120mm and 140mm mounts. Does anyone know of a good way to make use of these fans?

Get some rubber bands, press the tip of the screw driver along with the section of the rubber band and into the screw hole, then start twisting.

 

VRM cooling fans probably, but air coolers basically leave no room for them. You need to go liquid.

I/O shroud and I/O shield are the two things I never use, and if it's pre-installed I just take them off :P

I'd need a mount of some sort, they don't fit on their own.

Sometimes it's just easier to get a nice $9-15 140mm fan and call it a day.  Unless you're trying to win a janked-up-case-fan award likely not worth the time to shove 70mm fans where a 140mm goes.

you can, just use more zip ties to hold them in place.
