Ram issues

My ram isn't working as it should be every time I try to download a game in a client or occasionally when i open games my I get BSOD with the issue memory management. I've heard that the ram might not be compatible but I want to know what the problem is or even if there is a problem before I waste money on a mother or ram. Thanks.

Specs:

Ryzen 5 2600

Asrock B350 K4 mobo

Corsair RGB vengeance ram (16GB 3200mz but no OC)

RX 580 8GB 

Also sorry if this is posted in the wrong forum i wasn't to sure where to put it.
