Alienware Laptop USB Problems

Alienware 17R2 windows 10 pro
same problem with windows 8.1 and windows 10 diferents versions 

ok quick story since i buy my laptop everytime i plug in any device conects and disconects and sometimes dont detect anything i think ok is the drivers so i update the drivers and still the same problem, so i use bluetooth not big deal but lately where i live the internet dont work properly so i use my cellphone but is annoying cause connect and dc everytime , so here is the fun part i descover when i open the game "hearthstone" everything works perfect no more dc and i dont know why just to be clear every driver is updated windows too i not expert but i know some , any ideas why this happend or what can i do to figure it out the problem? later i going to record when this happend
