my CPU running at high clock speed with nothing running.

I am unsure if this is a problem, but my CPU is running pass base clock like this all the time when I have nothing opened, including background task. Is there a problem with my CPU or is this normal?

Most likely High power plan is active. and yes it's normal. :)
