RTX 2070 (Laptop) - Something wrong?

Hello guys,

Im searching for ur help or opinion before I contact the store. I bought a MSI GE75 8SF (comes with 32GB DDR4 and RTX 2070), I did order with Liquid Metal (Grizzly) and payed for the service. So far so good.

 

I installed Windows and so one and made some tests. CPU ofc had high temps but after undervolting I got great temps and great score in CineBench. So far so good.

BUT, in my inocence I didn´t notice something. Values of my RTX´s Core Speed.

 

Sure, I made this video playing BF... U CAN notice something, the speed of my CORE is way high, 1700MHz  and even spikes to 2100MHz?!

 

I tought it was random error of messuring but NOPE, GPU-Z says the same!

 

Then I noticed some FPS drops, as u can see in Far Cry 5... ofc I did had some little OC on the GPU (125MHz and 500MHz).
