Help on Ram Compatibility

Hello guys, Can these 2 rams be compatible?
Kingston Hyperx Fury 4gb 1866mhz DDR3 and Kingston Hyperx Fury 8gb 1866mhz DDR3

Because while checking their spec sheets it is almost the same in terms of the required setup.

yes but it won't be optimal, you'll get better performance out of 2 8gb 1866mhz.

Will it work, yes probably, will it work well, no.  RAM must be the same size for Dual Channel to run properly, and running 2 sticks in single channel can give you anywhere from 10-30+% performance reduction in games compared to if you had 2 matched sticks running in Dual Channel.
