Multiple Logitech Hub One Account

So I have a question about accounts and Harmony Hubs. I'm looking to set up 3 Hubs in my home. One in a room that I've turned into an exercise room with a stationary bike and a TV for Netflix, one in my bedroom and one in my living room. Can I have all three hubs under one account and can each hub have it's own physical remote so that I'm not having to worry about a remote ending up missing or lost between the rooms.
