I started to learn Linux so I set up 2 VMs Ubuntu and Fedora. Problem is that Fedora keeps reverting back its resolution back to some generic 800x600 after restart. I set both machines in very similiar way and I got no problem with Ubuntu. Display is set to VMSVGA controller with 128MB and 3D acceleration. Also one more anoying thing with Fedora VM is that it keep turning numlock off. But stuff like updates and browsing history is saved even after restart so I´m sure that it saves changes made on VM. I´m sure that there will be easy fixes but I just not experienced and google didin´t help me this time.

Try to set up a VirtIO graphics adapter instead

The numlock option should be editable in the virt-manager settings

I´m using virtualbox and there is no such opiton although swithing to VboxVGA helped. Thanks for advice.
