The first step is going to be soldering a GPIO block onto the Raspberry Pi Zero. That is a 2x20 pin header, something like this https://www.adafruit.com/product/2822. After doing that you'll need to get the display drivers from the manufacturer and follow whatever instructions they give to add the driver init to the boot sequence.

I got a gpio that you just hammer in, I have it connected but all I get is white screen and I’m not sure where to get the drivers or any info about it. I bought this a long time ago and I’m not even sure where I bought it from lmao

The board says "XPT2046" on it, so look up a driver for "XPT2046".
