CCTV Camera

Hey, i didn't really know where to put this, thought this would be the closest to the right section.

 

Basically, here's the thing.

I need a CCTV camera for my grandparents in a different country, which i will set up (and should have no problem doing so).

But, they need it for their garage which is around 10/20 metres away from their house. As such it cannot be wireless (Wifi).

A cable would also be somewhat bad because these are the rural areas. 

 

Now, i know nothing about CCTV cameras, so i thought someone here could recommend on how to solve this issue, or what you would do?

They've been robbed from a few times, which is why i want to do this. But like i said, I don't know how. I'd rather not do it badly, since i can't travel back and forth there all the time (im 17).

Also, obviously, i'd rather not spend a load of money on it, not like i can.
