My package is now "Please contact DHL"

And today I just checked the package and it is doomed

What is happening dudes...

 

I am ordering to Hong Kong, and DHL transfers it to Beijing THROUGH Hong Kong...

Obviously there is a problem XD, how the hell can a parcel transfers THROUGH my place and arrived elsewhere

besides, DHL has facilities in Hong Kong

Did you contected them now again? DHL will tell you the issue. Some tracking site also offer more detailed code and the list with the meaning of this code are online accessible.

Sent email to them but haven't get any responses.

Update: Got the card today. Turns out DHL generates a new waybill, and I am have no clue they did so. At that day, DHL actually sends the parcel back to HK.
