Is there an app that could show the hitboxes of buttons in pc?

You need to be more specific. Because hitbox refers to box around polygon mass in games where game registers contact or "hit" by another object/player. If you mean objects area in other software, there are tools for that. Some used for accessibility, others for developing touch controls.

what is a hit box button for you ? a square around the close button in your browser ? Which button you are talking about ?

A square (or any shape) Button in the UI. Just in a game.
