Hello I would like your recommendation for a new pc.

Should I go with newer lower spec parts or with a little older and higher specs?

Looking for arround 500$ mark.

It depends, but I wouldn't call FX-8350 "higher spec". At this budget I would look at the 2200G-i3-8100 range. Look at my signature for a build in that price range.

Don't get any FX series CPU.. And That's a crappy power supply..

 

Try to aim for a cheap Ryzen setup. You can find used parts online to lower the price a little.

A ryzen 1200 would be much better than the FX chips. Do you already have everything? Which country are you in?
