As far as i know there isnt a way to focus. i also wear glasses from what i found you can get special lenses made for you prescription https://vr-lens-lab.com/ (they also have goggles you can put on that also work with other stuff like helmets and goggles. I don't know if getting contacts is an option for you but you might to look into that, that is the route im taking because i don't like how my glasses sometimes rub the lenses.
