I dont know what video card to buy pls help

well i have around $550 and i need a new video card. right now im using a amd r9 390 and its time to get a new card i was think of the vega 64 or rtx 2070 i just dont know what to get. i might do a little streaming  some video editing and gaming . i been thinking about this since December and i still dont know what i should get. so would like to know your people opinion. it will really help me out. 

 

monitor right im using a 2560x1080p 75hz but im will be buying me a 2k monitor like in 2 mounths just need to know what to get amd or nvidia free sync  or g sync

I have dual 1080s, 3 monitors and no issues at all. You can go rtx if you want sure but it all depends how much you need ray tracing or gsync.... all that. 4k really does not matter alot on a small screen it's better to have high refresh rate than 4k atleast I think.

I use my LC Vega 64 for 4K 60hz without any issues (undervolted and overclocked of course). 1440p would be a breeze for it.

 

I would get a Vega 64 over the 2070.. Just because they're almost on par with each other and AMD could use the money a little more than Nvidia..

games i play will be mostly mmo some shooter and survival 

 

it i was going to get a vega 64 it will be most likely this one SAPPHIRE NITRO+ Radeon RX Vega 64 because the Vega 64 liquid is out stock or they dont make them any  more  if it was the 2070 i dont know what i would get
