No it's almost impossible to get a virus by just visiting a website you need to download a file,  run a .exe etc...

This site i've downloaded ton on it and zero problem but there are a lot of phishing pop up and annoying ads etc.. and by clicking on them and installing shit etc.. thats how you get infected...
