Find Cheap motherboards from wired sites like ebay etc. Maybe Linus reviews this some of them.

I wouldn't trust it at all, seems like one of those scummy sellers who will list something like GTX 1080s and then have that "select" drop down list that has like Molex-6 Pin for 99 cents and a 1080 for normal price, so it shows on eBay as "starting at 99 cents"

Literally exactly this on that page, "X79 Motherboard[Out of Stock]" and "Computer Cooling Fan" for $0.99
