Ram is compatible.  And I have tried everything from 1 -4

I was going to say maybe a faulty ram stick but if all 4 of your sticks don’t work it could be the motherboard. Is it still under warranty?

Already replaced the mobo and it's still having the same problem.  With a new board.

I hope you don't have the same problem, but I had to RMA my MSI x470 Gaming Plus THREE times in a row....
So you might not want to rule that out unless you can test the MoBo with other parts :(
EDIT: It was a DRAM error all three times...

Seriously?

The second time, I was very angrily telling myself that they didn't even replace it, they just sent it back to me. So, for the third time, I took a marker and put a few dots in different areas of the MoBo.
The one I received after the third time, didn't have those dots.
I genuinely believe I was unlucky enough to get three dead boards.

just curious, rma the mobo 3 times, did they admit the mobo was faulty?

bye MSI again

I just submitted an RMA request through email each time, then they'd email me a label - the only human I talked to through this was a CyberPowerPC tech support dude.
(If anyone wants to follow up on this and get more info, please message me or something, I don't want to take over Nauco's post)
