usb wifi not working

My usb wifi card isnt working. dosent show up in the quick wifi settings and in device manager it shows this: the usb adapter one is the adapter

Some usb adapters need downloaded drivers and sometimes even software to work. I had a bluesoleil usb adapter and that required its own software

I've checked on their website and downloaded the drivers. I installed them but nothing happened
