I'm working on my Plex / file server and I'm down to the motherboard I'm going to use a ASRo k X370m Pro 4 MoBo and it has no video output and the two 16x pci a 3.0 and a  2.0. slots will be used for 2 8x HBAs, my question is is there any other way that I can have a video output just so I can program it and get it running after that I won't need it?

I'm not sure what you mean by saying it has no video output.

As far as I see it has 3 graphic outputs. DVI, HDMI and even VGA.

edit (I thought you want Z370M):

Intel CPU's have onboard graphics, so you don't need any GPU for the video output.

I don't think there is a way to use a AMD socket mainboard without a GPU. Maybe you should get the X370M instead with a intel CPU with onboard graphics.

I want to use the ryzen 1600 and it doesn't support graphics

As I mentioned above I don't think there is a way to do this. You will have to set it up from a GPU first.

Maybe there is some server interface that will allow you to steer everything from another computer. Maybe google for something like that. Let me know if you have found something.
