Grapics problem with my new computer.

I built my computer 3 weeks ago, and I have this issue more and more often. When I play a game, or run a benchmark my screen freezes and the sound starts repeating the last half second. I tried ctrl+alt+delete but nothing happened. The only way to turn my computer off, is by holding the on button for a long time. What could possibly be the problem? I guess the graphics card, but can it be something else? (Also, I don't know if it's related to this problem, but after today's first crash, Google Chrome doesn't want to start, no matter how many times I restart my PC).

AMD ryzen 2700x

RMA the GPU.

So that's a dead GPU... RMA the card with the manufacturer and have them repair/replace it.
