Memory doesn’t sync

I have two SPECTRIX D41 memory installed on MSI B350 Gaming Plus motherboard. When I bought those modules, it clearly specifies that the modules support MSI MysticLightSync. However, none of them shows up in MSI MysticLightSync software. As a results I can’t customise (or sync) the LED Lighting through mysticlight.
