Firefox Small Window

I switched to Firefox because privacy is a nice thing, followed by implementation of the directions on https://restoreprivacy.com/firefox-privacy/. I also disabled the "Pocket" feature.

 

But Firefox starts in a small window, which can be maximized, but this still annoys me. I don't know if it's because of my modifications, my addons, or Firefox itself.
