Better airflow?

Honestly, whichever one you like the looks of better. They both have adequate airflow so IMO it doesn't matter which one you go with.

 

If you really want to get technical then the master q is all mesh while the p6 has that front plastic decorative piece that I suppose could hurt the airflow a small percentage. Again, not enough to where you have to worry about it.

cooler master will have somewhat better airflow, BUT the 2nd thing that comes up when i google it is a guy on youtube saying "Don't buy"

The case hase issue if its too close to the wall or in a cupboard like structure

 Will be 2 inches away from wall and the side of the cables will face the wall (basically a corner)
