PC Lane questions

So I recently had my 6700k bite the dust. I decided to go the ryzen route due to recommendations from some buddies. I got a crosshair VII and a 2700x and a extra nvme. So this means I have 2 nvme drives and 2 1080 TI's. What I didn't think about is that I may not have enough PCIE lanes to allow sli. After checking, my Nvidia control panel doesn't even allow for me to set up sli. So do I not have enough lanes for this, or did I overlooked a setting.

 

Also on a side note, the system boots fine but site at the post screen for a while, anyone know if this is normal for the crosshair VII?
