You need to say what the PSU is first before anyone else can tell if it has the cables. Look for an 8 pin PCIe cable. If it's there then yes it will work.

 can’t find what PSU it is. It came in a bundle with my old case. Cooler Master MasterBox Lite 3 + 500W PSU

Replace the PSU as its usually a sign that the PSU is not up to whatever you've gotten.
