I have a 4930k clocked @4.4GHz on all cores with a voltage of 1.35 I was just wondering if this cpu usage was normal while gaming. I recently had a stuttering problem and thought i was from my rtx 2080 but it is not, is it possible that this type of cpu usage causes stuttering?808876944_cpugraph.png.1f8bf1243c38d31cc6eeccbe97fc9ad9.png

not all applications are programmed to use more cores

Ok, but i have this type of usage in games such as BFV, Fortnite, Apex Legends, R6S, and more no matter what there is always one cpu that is capped at 100% and another at around 80% while the rest are at 20-50%.

one core will always be higher usage than the rest, i dont know anything about the games and i cant really tell you whats happening in your case

you should check cpu usage per application and maybe try killing some of them
