You mean you don't have any speakers in your monitor?

 

Depends. Do you prefer headphones or speakers? How much money do you have? Is it really important for you to have headphones with mic attached ("gaming" headphones)?

You should have onboard audio.  If your looking for gaming headset what is your budget ?  If your looking to get speakers what is your budget.  Let me know so I can recommend something proper for you.
